Extrusion Division

SIGNUM operates an extrusion facility in Melbourne, Australia. This facility has multiple extrusion lines capable of processing RE-PET resin from SIGNUM Recycling into crystal clear roll stock for thermoforming and printing.

SIGNUM is able to value add the roll stock by
• tailoring the composition and gauge to agreed specifications,
• including anti stick and denesting additives
• adding tints and colours to the material
• consuming all waste in house as PIR (Post Industrial Regrind)

Roll stock manufactured by SIGNUM extrusion is further processed into thermoformed sustainable products or supplied directly to customers for in-situ, Form Fill and Seal (FFS) applications.
